Designed for scalability towards Enterprise - Net Payments, Partner managed customers, Hyper-customised billing roles - impacting over 180K+ sites with $700M+ in ARR.
Redefined cancellation experience and apps billing management in Cloud. Led design for invoices unifying entire Atlassian suite of products shipping for 70M+ DAU, 7M+ sites and 40M+ invoices.
Led initiatives across shopping cart, cloud migrations and marketplace apps platform with a growing revenue of $240M+ ARR impacting 400K+ sites. Onboarded 5+ designers to the team as it grew from 6 to 27 members. Hired and mentored 40+ graduates and interns across Atlassian.

Designed for the AR doodle and AR Home in Samsung mobile devices alongside Mixed reality team. Conducted research studies with Samsung users around the world to arrive at insights and conceptualise on how AR can best empower them.

Envisioned, ideated and designed theatre sets, advertising campaigns, videos and costumes to create the presence of upcoming showcases in the campus.
The art-direction and advertising campaigns differentiated the dramatics showcases from all others, resulting in excitement amongst the crowd and huge turnout in the event.

Agrata went over and above her role to support me gathering requirements for marketplace while I was trying to manage all the other requirements for multiple work streams. An example is when Agrata prepared the requirements page and started adding great questions to it that would impact the customer experience. This was done under a lot of time pressure and Agrata stayed calm and did not get frustrated with the chaos. Agrata was also proactive in starting the promo codes journey with limited user stories (and very high level ones) that helped us as a discussion point in the workshop and raised some great tech feasibility questions.
